We ship to Europe with DHL. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate of 32€

If you wish us to send you the goods outside of Europe please contact us and we will calculate the shipping rate for that specific location.

DELIVERY PERIOD:

Since our eyewear is handmade please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Usually it takes 2 days. Once the package is ready and scanned out of our warehouse, the estimated delivery period is between 5 and 7 days. Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive, please visit the item’s product page for the intended ship date or contact us info@impuri.com

The delivery period is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will always aim to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery period, however, please take into account external issues that may arise outside of our control. 

Orders will be shipped pending item availability and order volume.

DUTIES & TAXES:

Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance. Impuri is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to customs clearance and cannot predict what they may be.

RETURNS:
